We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

How is your information used?

If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence and use it;

  • to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us;

Who has access to your information?

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: We may pass your information to our third party service providers, agents subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf. For example Floristpro/Strelitzia software. However, when we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service. We will not release your information to third parties beyond this or for direct marketing purposes, unless you have requested us to do so, or we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.

When you are using our secure online purchase pages, your payment is processed by a third party payment processor, who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. If you have any questions regarding secure transactions, please contact us.

Your choices

You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you want to receive direct marketing communications from us then select this by ticking the relevant boxes situated on the checkout form on which we collect your information or use our newsletter sign up form to receive our regular news.

Direct Marketing

If you choose to sign up to receive marketing information from us, then you will be placed on our marketing database to receive our regular e-newsletter. Our newsletters are to share information we think will be of interest to you including upcoming events, workshops, our recent work, links to our blogs, articles of interest and inspirational photos and ideas. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. We may also transfer your email address to Facebook to create interest based ads via their Custom Audience tool. No personal information is shared as emails are hashed and anonymised.

You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

Links to Other Web Sites

This privacy notice does not cover the links within this site linking to other websites. Those sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy, and if you have questions about how a site uses your information, you’ll need to check that site’s privacy statement.

Access to Your Personal Information

Security Precautions

When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. Our databases are password protected. Non-sensitive details (your email address etc) are transmitted normally over the internet and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
