Highly recommended as wedding florist. Not only were the flowers beautiful but the buying process and arrangements on the day were also great. In addition, my mother in law was taken ill a week before the wedding and Sian dealt with this very sensitively, changing the details to suit us all. I have used the service since for other small occasions and would highly recommend them. I only wish the shop was nearer to where we live!

The Flower Lounge is my favourite flower boutique. I'm calling it a boutique as it's much more than a flower shop; with lovely gifts and items for the home. The ladies at the Flower Lounge were very friendly and helpful when ordering some special birthday flowers for a friend. They knew the lady I was sending my flowers to, so helped to advise on what flowers she liked. They also knew she wasn't going to be home when I originally wanted them delivered so they took the time to call me, let me know and re-arrange a delivery date for when she was home. It was so lovely of them and they truly go that step further.
